A J Lee have been building affordable homes for local people since 2009. They have completed several developments including a site in Littleport of 8 home with 16 new homes due for completion. 8 homes in Stretham with 2 new homes planned. In Willingham a site of 12 homes has been completed with another 12 homes in planning. 13 homes are currently in the planning stage in Witchford.
We are looking for local opportunities to develop affordable housing within a 15 mile radius of Ely, Cambridgeshire. Sites of approximate 1.5 acres for 2 – 20 houses.
