AJ Lee has completed several developments including a site in Littleport of 8 home with 16 new homes due for completion. 8 homes in Stretham with 2 new homes planned. In Willingham a site of 12 homes has been completed with another 12 homes in planning and 13 homes are currently in the planning stage in Witchford.
We are looking for local oppurtunitities to develop affordable housing in a 15 mile radius of Ely.
Sites of approximately 1.5 acres or for 2 – 20 houses.
We can manage the planning and build process and land aquisition.
